BEST Aalborg has the honour of organizing a BSE (BEST Symposium on Education) about future of project-based learning, continuous learning and valuable working.
BSE raise awareness and involve students in the process of education improvement. Together with the other stakeholders involved directly or indirectly in educational matters, students discuss a how to improve education. These stakeholders can be professors, educational experts or company representatives.
In a BSE students are given the opportunity to express their ideas on educational matters through discussions. The students’ input is then transmitted in conferences to relevant institutions dealing with higher educational matters.

Description of BSE in Aalborg 2018
What if you had the chance to be a part of an event where you can let your voice be heard while visiting one of the most beautiful cities in Denmark?
The BEST Symposium on Education in Aalborg from the 3rd till the 12th of August will allow you to discuss methods of education and ways to improve them. You and other students of technical universities around Europe will have the chance to be a part of discussions, working groups and sharing sessions where you will go into more details about improving these methods in the future. You will also have the chance to participate in discussions and sessions with a lot of professors and field experts.
After the event, the outcomes will be presented to Institutions dealing with higher educational matters and may find their way into being used in some of the universities around Europe.

So what exactly is this place “Aalborg”?
Aalborg is the 4th largest city of Denmark, with beautiful old buildings, while simultaneously providing a modern university environment. The city is infamous for its party street “Jomfru Ane Gade”, which contains a large amount of bars, pubs, discos, etc.
