Four times a year a list of BEST courses is published. From that moment you have about a month to figure out what course(s) you want to go to and write an application for each of them. You can apply for up to three BEST courses per season, but you can only be accepted to one of them. Then you apply you prioritize the courses after which one, you want to participate in the most.
When you have chosen the courses you want to go to, it is time to write your aplication. It consists of a motivational letter and your answers to three question.
